Coinbase seems to have bricked Arbitrum USDC withdrawals and is routing them through Ethereum instead.
Some @liquidtrading users flagged deposit issues today. We checked the tx hashes, and the funds were showing up on Ethereum, not Arbitrum.
I tried it myself. Same thing.
