Once they get there, the crew will skim past the lunar surface on a high-speed flyby and collect detailed scientific data from close range. 🇺🇸NASA is flying a tiny experiment called AVATAR on Artemis II, these are organ chips made from the astronauts’ own bone marrow cells.
These USB sized “avatars” will test how deep space radiation and microgravity affect the human body on the lunar flyby.
