The Japan Open Skateboarding Championships held its semi-finals on the 4th at Utsunomiya Eastern General Park. In the men's street event, Sora Shirai (Murasaki Sports) took first place with 178.60 points, and two-time Olympic gold medalist Yuto Horigome (Mitsui Sumitomo DS Asset Management) came in third with 170.74 points, both advancing to the eight-person final.
