Regarding whether she would write a book, He Yi stated, "Never say never," but added that she currently has no desire to express herself and is not considering a book until she feels the urge to do so in the future. When discussing how to address challenges, He Yi summarized two key points: first, mutual trust between Binance and its users; and second, the crucial importance of excellent employees. Regarding changes in the management structure, He Yi pointed out that CZ (Binance's founder and founder) is the foundation but has now stepped down from management. The current management structure is handled by He Yi and Richard Teng, and the company will continue to seek suitable partners globally. Based on this, Binance will focus on applying for more global licenses, with Richard responsible for establishing standards, He Yi will focus on user growth and service.
