The rules, as I checked, are FDV 50M and TGE 100% unlockable. Currently, the pre-market FDV is over 100M, leaving some profit potential. A single account can only participate up to 20wu. It starts on April 28th at 8 PM Beijing time. You need to have KYC verification from Echo to participate.
