Solana Foundation Presents 'Falcon Signature' Solution to Address Quantum Computing Security Threats

The Solana (SOL) Foundation presented the 'Falcon signature' system as a solution to address quantum computing security threats through its official blog. According to CoinDesk, the Foundation announced on the 27th (local time) that two of the Solana Network Core development teams—Anza and Firedancer under JumpCrypto—had discovered 'Falcon,' a digital signature solution designed to be resistant to quantum computing, and that development of an initial version had already begun. The Foundation added, "The implementation of quantum computing is still several years away," stating that "it has been sufficiently researched and understood, and we are ready to deploy a response solution."
