The conference, hosted by sqrDAO, is the official Web3 component of the Da Nang Venture and Angel Investment Forum 2026 (DAVAS 2026), coinciding with the official commencement of operations of VIFC Da Nang under Decree 323/ND-CP.
The Web3 Builders' Summit 2026 (LFBUIDL 2026 - abbreviated as W3BS ) will take place on May 25, 2026 at Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang . It is the official Web3 component of the Da Nang Venture and Angel Investment Forum (DAVAS) 2026 – an annual event directed by the Da Nang People's Committee, chaired by the Department of Science and Technology, and organized by the Da Nang Innovation and Startup Support Center (DISSC).
W3BS is co-organized by sqrDAO – the leading Web3 developer community in Vietnam and Southeast Asia – with two strategic partners: the Da Nang Innovation and Startup Support Center (DISSC) and Lisk. Simultaneously, the conference receives support from reputable organizations operating within the Web3 ecosystem domestically and regionally: Sky Mavis, Pharos Network, Swiss EP, Aptos, Avalanche, Laguna Network, Dash, and Bitget Wallet.
W3BS 2026 takes place against the backdrop of Vietnam's digital technology ecosystem entering a structural development phase. Following the Government's issuance of Resolution 05/NQ-CP on the legal framework for piloting the cryptocurrency market for the period 2026–2030 and the official launch of the Vietnam International Finance Center in Da Nang (VIFC Da Nang), W3BS 2026 is the first conference organized by the Web3 community within the framework of this new policy. The event aims to connect Web3 developers, technology companies, and domestic and international investors with the city's innovative startup ecosystem.

This point was also the focus of the conference program on May 25th. The morning session laid the foundation for strategy and policy, where founders met with those shaping the legal framework for digital assets in Vietnam. The afternoon session shifted to technology presentations and project showcases, where teams building infrastructure were introduced alongside founders deploying products.
The program content focuses on three main themes: Vietnam's Web3 infrastructure; the future of currency and stablecoins; and asset encryption and RWA. Alongside the thematic discussion sessions, W3BS 2026 also features short debates (Lightning Debate) revolving around topics of interest to the Web3 development community, such as: stablecoins versus traditional banking systems, RWA yields versus native DeFi yields, and AI x Web3 security. In the afternoon, presentations showcased market-oriented incubation projects: on-chain financial infrastructure, consumer apps for emerging markets, and native AI technology and data sovereignty.
The 2026 speaker list focuses on founders and regional leaders with proven track records in product deployment in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and the global Web3 ecosystem, including: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Founder and CEO of Sky Mavis; Ms. Le Vu Huong Quynh (Queenie Le) - Asia Pacific Regional Development Director of Tether; and Ms. Alexis Low, Asia Pacific Regional Ecosystem Development Director of Lisk . The conference will also be attended by Mr. Vo Duc Anh, Deputy Director of DISSC, representing the innovation infrastructure of Da Nang city.
In the panel discussions, debates, and presentations, the conference also brought together high-level representatives from VIFC Da Nang, Ronin, Pharos Network, Aptos, Bitget Wallet, Dash, Swiss EP, Spartan Group, RNS.id, Knotwork, and RISE Labs – a deliberate combination of infrastructure development teams, Web3 business leaders in the region, and Capital representatives.
The program concluded with the Web3 Builders' Dinner – a networking event connecting the Web3 development community with investment funds, partners, and the startup ecosystem participating in DAVAS 2026. Here, startups, founders, and technology teams had the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas directly with numerous domestic and international investment funds such as Quest Ventures, Do Ventures, Antler, MEXC Ventures, and GenAI Fund . This event is expected to expand opportunities for collaboration, investment, and resource connections for developing technology projects in Vietnam and the region.
