LookOnChain reported that Garrett Jin, the founder of the fraudulent cryptocurrency exchange BitForex, purchased 145,050 HYPE (approximately $9.05 million) over the past four days and also set up TWAP orders to purchase an additional 39,940 HYPE ($2.44 million).
