Qatar confirms that a high-level Iranian delegation is holding talks in Doha.

According to Mars Finance, on May 25th, a Qatari Foreign Ministry official told Xinhua News Agency that a high-level Iranian delegation was attending talks in Doha, the capital of Qatar. The delegation included Iranian Parliament Speaker Qassem Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Araqchi. The talks aimed to discuss the possibility of an agreement between the US and Iran to end the war. The unnamed official stated that the talks would focus on issues including the Strait of Hormuz, Iran's highly enriched uranium stockpile, and frozen Iranian funds overseas. The Governor of the Central Bank of Iran was part of the delegation and was responsible for discussing financial matters that might be involved in a final agreement.
