According to ChainCatcher, based on a regulatory filing and sources familiar with the matter, SpaceX's initial public offering (IPO) underwriting fees totaled approximately $500 million, representing about 0.7% of its $75 billion fundraising target.
Lead brokers Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley will take the largest share, receiving a combined 40% fee, or approximately $100 million each. Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase are expected to each receive approximately $75 million, while several other banks are expected to each receive approximately $10 million or less.
