The FTX Unsecured Creditors Official Committee issued a document on the community today (31st) stating that if users who have received the "creditor confirmation letter" and their assets are positive, but have not received the "customer code" from Kroll, they need to take the initiative to contact FTXInfo@ra.kroll.com .
In addition, users should receive emails from Kroll before 3/31. If you are a creditor but have not received the letter, you must also take the initiative to contact to avoid damage to your rights and interests.
If the reader is a creditor who has not received the letter mentioned above, or there is no "customer code" in the letter, it is best to attach the "certificate name", "address" and "registration E-mail" used when registering FTX when sending a letter for inquiry , "Bound mobile phone number", "Registration time" and other information. In the meantime, the Official Committee of FTX Unsecured Creditors also urges that please do not share client code with any third parties and beware of any phishing schemes or other potential fraudulent practices related to non-FTX databases.
