The founder of collapsed Three Arrows Capital turned his S$48.8 million prime bungalow into a farm

Zhu Su, the founder of Three Arrows Capital, a cryptocurrency hedge fund that is being liquidated, was recently arrested at Changi Airport when he was leaving the country.

One of his prime bungalows in Singapore has become a farm for his wife's company.

The backyard of this bungalow is now developed into an urban ecological farm called Yarwood Homestead, which is the tropical R&D base and headquarters of the company Abundant Cities.

Based on the principles of ecological design and agroecology, the company transformed the garden into a farmland, an ecosystem that includes agriculture and aquaculture, producing local vegetables, herbs, fruits, fish, chickens and ducks.

The lawn of the bungalow has been transformed into 36 vegetable gardens, where various vegetables such as okra, spinach, beans, kale, sesame seeds and radishes are grown. The swimming pool was transformed into a natural pond, and aquatic plants, streams, and various fish and shrimps were added.

According to the Business Times, guided tours and private meals are often organized on the farm.

In March last year, Zhu Su and his wife bought this high-quality bungalow through a trust for S$48.8 million.
