A profound lesson learned is that now, with Vibe Coding, the person building the company's internal efficiency improvement platform must not be someone uninvolved in the business.
Previously, only programmers could develop such tools, and when programmers were called upon as a last resort, someone had to explain the requirements to them. However, the person explaining the requirements wasn't always able to explain them clearly, and the programmers weren't always able to truly understand them.
Ultimately, the resulting product would be unusable for those actually implementing it, failing to fit their workflow. Using the tool not only didn't improve efficiency but actually reduced it.
Now, with Vibe Coding, everyone has development capabilities, allowing business-oriented personnel to create efficiency improvement tools using AI themselves.
Only those truly involved in the business, for whom these tasks are part of their daily work, are likely to come up with efficiency improvement methods and thus use AI to write usable products that meet their own needs.
These are things I only understood after two years and wasting a lot of money.
