Bitcoin continues to range between Vaulted Price (~$157K) & the True Market Mean (~$81K). Each bull cycle, price has pushed far above the Vaulted Price during the top. This would be the 1st cycle in Bitcoin's history that ended in such a muted manner.. ..or BTC isn't done yet

Bitcoin's 128 day moving average 🔵has dipped below the 200 day moving average 🔴 The last 3 times this happened (🟡circles), Bitcoin's price increased soon after. This chart puts weight in the argument that Bitcoin is ironing out a bottom before pushing higher.

The Bitcoin Short-Term Holder Cost Basis dips below $101K for the first time since July 2025. This will continue to dip as price stays below it. I am putting a lot of weight on a retest of the STHCB at some point over the next few months.

The Bitcoin bears will not like the fact that BTC's price has been ranging between Vaulted Price 🟢 and the True Market Mean 🔵 all bull market. Vaulted Price is currently over $157K and the True Market Mean is over $81K. With price at $89K, I like that risk/reward.

Retail Holders are spooked, as seen by the deepest 30 day balance change of Bitcoin since 2018. That said, larger cohorts are absorbing the difference. This market's sentiment can be divided into two groups, with polar opposite POVs from retail vs. larger holders. OG Whales continue to offload this bull market, but Mega Whales and Institutions are absorbing that.

As expected, the premium that Bitcoin longs are paying shorts on leveraged trades reversed at the top of the descending pattern that we've seen since July. This chart suggests a bottom is being ironed out but a further drop in both price and funding rates is expected first.
