For a brief moment, for just a single short second, I felt a true glimmer of hope.

Breaking: Australian government to build 22 new oil refineries and lift the ban on nuclear energy immediately. Government also to halve taxes across the economy and reduce migrant intake. @AlboMP says: "It's time for Australia to become energy independent and economically strong.

Quantum readiness, not panic. Having a plan, and not needing it, is better than needing a plan, and not having one. Constructive to see.

I read the paper, to the best of my ability. I'm willing to entertain the idea that we have a genuine QC threat on the cards. At a minimum, it would be a mistake to not take it seriously, and start developing a formal PCQ plan for Bitcoin. Having a plan, and not needing it, is far better than the other way around.
