Smart contract engineering is interesting because it's somewhat AI resistant. You write so little code and it's so critical that it's better to write it all by hand and then use AI to help build all the various tools/processes to validate that code (instead of writing it).

A couple of months ago, a team thought they lost ~$450k) by using the wrong contract to bridge to an Optimism L2. Neither the token nor the chain's team was any help. They reached out to me a few weeks ago, and I'm happy to say that as of today the funds are unstuck. 1/🧵
