Internet Computer "cloud engines" will run over AWS data centers i.e. ICP will provide a way to create full stack apps on AWS that keep running when individual DCs have issues. AWS has been very helpful, and provided technical hooks needed by ICP node software. Coming soon. twitter.com/dominic_w/status/2...

AWS outage in UAE proving what I've been predicting for years — data centers are the new targets in conflict (including for terrorists in the future). ICP provides a way to create sovereign cloud from a network that can withstanding data center losses.
