Then the escalation, get out of the f*ing car, grabbing the car handle, woman panics to escape [in flight mode nor fight mode].
This is murder. The shooter was on a power trip and poorly trained. So avoidable. Needs to be prosecuted OTHWERWISE a precedent will be set where this could become the norm going forward.
