Over the last three months, work across the Nexa ecosystem focused on two big themes: shipping visible product improvements, especially around wallet UX, app integrations and strengthening the foundations that keep everything reliable (CI/build stability, indexing correctness, clearer specs, and better dev tooling). 📒 Nexa Monthly Newsletter February 2026: The Road Ahead The long-anticipated Nexa Development Roadmap has finally been released. A lot of low-level blockchain improvements are planned and on the way. February sets the direction for 2026 and 2027, which will transform Nexa into the first traditional blockchain-DAG hybrid. More activities from the previous month include the Build on Nexa (BON) program and improved development tools. 📒 NEXA Development Roadmap 2026–27 The Nexa Team is excited to introduce the Nexa Development Roadmap for 2026 and part of 2027. The roadmap includes long-anticipated blockchain improvements and important infrastructure projects coming together. It is not limited to these developments, and there are plenty of side projects and ongoing works in parallel. The roadmap provides a strong signal on where Nexa is heading this year and early next. The coming two years are set to have major releases. A lot of complex developments have been taking place for a while. Blockchain projects and ecosystem applications are organized into different streams due to their focus on the blockchain protocol or focus on business-facing use-cases. There are two main areas of development. Blockchain projects and applications, both of which serve to enable Nexa to handle 21st-century finance. This is completing the original plans for the coin and are important to growing strength within the Nexa network moving forward. The main projects and dApps are listed below 👇

📒 Successfully Completed Nexa TypeScript Library Security Audit An independent audit of the Nexa TypeScript library was completed by @Hashlock_. The audit focused on the libnexa-ts (Nexa SDK) codebase, using a manual line-by-line review supported by software-assisted testing. The assessment evaluated security and efficiency across the audited repository and commit reference, with an emphasis on correctness, reliability, and preventing downstream integration risk for developers and end users. The final assessment confirms that all initially identified vulnerabilities have been resolved, resulting in the SDK receiving a “Secure” rating.
