Borrowing activity across major lending protocols went through the busiest period yet from mid July til now.
Gross issuance and repayment of loans across Aave, Morpho, Spark, and Hyperlend peaked in late September/early October.
Last week gross loan issuance slowed to its lowest levels since July. Based on the last three days, issuance is currently on track to increase week over week putting and end to the downward trend.
