Stable's second round of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements have been released. It will open tonight at 10 PM on the Hourglass platform. The first project to break its initial offering price on Kaito Launchpad has appeared. @Novastro_xyz Sold to users on Kaito at 0.05, it immediately dropped 50% upon opening, leaving VCs trapped.
