I don't know what the answer is, or exactly how to build on the amazing work @batsoupyum and @musicalnetta are doing right now, but I need to say this.
The artists who need support the most (totally subjective) are the ones who've been here consistently for 4+ years.
They've hit a ceiling in meaningful engagement, but the work is incredible and always has been.
These are people showing real dedication, not just to their craft but to this whole community. You can't say that about many. A lot of them who are still grinding really need our help to keep going.
How do we step up to make sure these artists can continue creating?
