No excuses allowed when it comes to growth. In this clip, I haven't barbell bench pressed in ages, but @MINHxDYNASTY made me hit a PR. The people around you will either let you coast or force you to level tf up, and I'm grateful for the people in my circle who choose the latter every single time. Something I've realised lately is that the gym teaches you everything you need to know about life and work. Mindset, focus, technique, get those three right and you can push through almost anything, whether it's a heavy set or a difficult stretch in your career. The environments you put yourself in matter more than the goals you set. Put yourself around people who are constantly raising the bar, and you'll be thankful later. This clip is proof of it.

Projects that blew up overnight are the same ones that disappeared overnight. Easy come, easy go. Every sustainable company in this space was built slowly, quietly, and painfully before anyone on your timeline ever heard of them It's not exciting to talk about, but it's the truth. If what you're building is taking forever, you're probably on the right track.

The CT Paradox.

The filter this market has put people through over the last couple of years has been brutal. Rugs, collapses, narratives dying, and watching portfolios bleed with no end in sight. Most people haven't survived it, which is why it's quieter than usual. If you're reading this rn and still active, and you're still giving a shit about this space, that makes you very rare. The competition has removed itself from the equation and is wide open in a way it hasn't been for a while. Historically, the people who were still standing at this exact point in the cycle are the same ones you see winning when things take a turn. Not because they're smarter, but because they didn't leave. You've done the hardest part, don't fumble it when the finish line is creeping closer than ever.

Respect to all the founders still building through, despite how bad the market is. Most people don't appreciate how difficult it is to still show up while everything is down badly. There's a small group of founders in CT who haven't left, didn't rug, and didn't go quiet. Instead, you'll see them adapting, finding new revenue, and continuing to ship. If there's a founder out there you know like this, do something today and show them some love. It costs you nothing, and it means more than you think. These are the people who are pushing our industry forward.
