There is an interesting concept called the Stockdale Paradox, which I think is appropriate to crypto & trading.
Admiral Stockdale was a Vietnam POW, where he discovered something very interesting. Those prisoners who accepted their reality had much better outcomes than those who clung to some delusional date they would get released.
This is bc once that fantasy never materialized they were shattered while those who committed to trying to survive but with no false illusions were more able to soldier through.
This is called the Stockdale Paradox, where you must maintain relentless optimism in the midst of brutal realism.
I can think of a number of ways this relates to crypto: Cutting dead bags & walking away, rotating from sinking projects to more promising ones, staying clear of scams while maintaining optimism for the future of the space, not letting losses defeat you but instead learning from them by spotting your mistakes. The list is endless.
Something to think about.
