UASF: I fully agree that he was a big proponent of it, although your classification of it as a dead man switch is nonsensical. Additionally, this is not in any way, shape, or form, a bug.
2018 inflation bug: Luke had nothing to do with this. It was discovered by Awemany, and was not disclosed to Luke, but to Pieter / Greg / Wladimir. If anyone deserves credit for this, beyond Awemany, it's Matt Corallo, who realized that this was more disastrous than just a DoS bug (in contrast to what Luke believed) but could be used to create hidden inflation.
2023 inscription "scare": not a bug. Not fixed. Luke did nothing but bleat.
