You could fix 99% of America's problems in 3 easy steps. - Repeal Hart Celler. Replace it with a national origin quota system that reduces third world visas to 0 and heavily favors Western nations. - Remigrate every third world immigrant who came here post Hart Celler who have committed a crime or are not net contributors. Remigrate every "refugee" who claimed asylum before 2025 (It's all fraud). - Deport all the illegals by de-banking them and imposing 10 year prison sentences on any employers who employ an illegal alien.
