every young man should be fitness & trained-violence maxxing (alongside finding their intellectual niche) it’s so much easier to be hyper-confident and to approach the world with a jovial, care-free attitude when: 1. you can fold 98% of the population like a camp chair if needed 2. you can outrun everyone that’s really well trained / much bigger than you 3. you learn that you very rarely need to use physical force but the credible threat of it is enough 4. you can be more healthily disagreeable and people will respect you for it
