Thanks to HTX for organizing this trip to trace the origins of Sun Ge's school, Huizhou No. 1 Middle School. The day we arrived in Huizhou was sunny. The city seemed bathed in a soft golden light. Upon entering Huizhou No. 1 Middle School, we were warmly received by the school leaders and secretary-general. They personally led us on a tour of the campus, their pace unhurried, as if guiding us into a history gently enveloped by time. Reaching the teaching building, they stopped and pointed to a window on the third floor, whispering, "This is it. Sun Ge used to have his classes in this classroom." At that moment, the wind seemed to suddenly soften. The building was still the same ordinary building, its brick walls mottled and the paint on the window frames peeling, but we all knew it was no longer ordinary. It was the birthplace of the dragon, the starting point of that hidden dragon vein. Last month, Brother Sun simply tweeted a message, and Huizhou suddenly became bustling. Large numbers of people seemed to be drawn by an invisible force, flocking to the city. Some said it was Brother Sun's influence, while others laughed and said it was the dragon vein turning over, waking the entire city up. The consumption figures were like an invisible river, silently surging in the background. We decided to stay overnight in the birthplace of the dragon and experience the night here. Not long after lying down, my skin started to itch. Overnight, more than a dozen red, swollen bumps appeared on my arms and thighs, hot and swollen, like a dozen tiny pulses jumping under my skin. Strangely, even after only five hours of sleep, my eyes were unusually bright, without a trace of drowsiness. I felt as if I had been gently awakened, my mind so clear I could hear the low breathing of the dragon vein lying in the distance. Lying on the bed, I suddenly understood something. This was perhaps the magic of the place where the dragon rose—it wasn't just where Brother Sun once studied, but also a place that could awaken one from the mundane. In that school building, a young man once turned the impossible into possible; now, this city, too, awoke from its slumber after Brother Sun's shill, stirring the pulse of the entire Huizhou. The bite I took was a reminder, the five hours of sleeplessness a gift. It was telling me: there is dragon energy flowing here; as long as you are willing to feel it, you can carry this clarity forward. "Sun Ge's birthplace truly lives up to its reputation. Having been here once, I can never forget that feeling of being gently bitten awake." @HuobiGlobal @justinsuntron

Interestingly, Sequoia Capital released a historic document: an early-stage investment evaluation form. In 1977, Apple Computer (then called Apple Computer) sought to raise approximately $600,000 for roughly 10% equity. The estimated market size was $500 million (over $500 million), with pre-tax profits of $60,000 in 1977 and a projected $700,000 in 1978. The most interesting aspect is how investors evaluated the deal at the time. They felt the project belonged to a hot sector, but the price was too high, the equity stake too small, and the investment was difficult; it was even given only a medium priority rating. But looking back, this company later became a trillion-dollar enterprise. Many people are now looking for opportunities in crypto or AI, always seeking cheap, certain, and unchallenged projects. However, the reality is that once such projects become successful, it's usually too late. Apple was like that back then, and many opportunities today are similar. What you see now is high price, high risk, and many controversies, but in the long run, you'll find that the points of contention you had were actually just entry barriers. Think about it carefully: Apple took 50 years to reach its current trillion-dollar status. Many things, viewed in the long run, are still opportunities. Be patient in learning, be patient in doing things, and when you encounter setbacks, first survive. As long as you're alive, there's always a chance to turn things around. twitter.com/EnHeng456/status/2...
