Man has been comparing gas station convenience stores owned by American chains with those run by foreign owners.
He noticed that American-run stores like QuikTrip and Buc-ee’s clearly display prices for items throughout the store, while the foreign-run store did not display any prices.
He stated, likely correctly, that without posted prices, these stores can charge whatever they want at the register depending on the customer.
