How royalties will be allocated - Statur Reputation categories (weights still to be decided & finalized): Token Holder: Holding Quantity & Holding Duration $IAG Token Staker: Staking Quantity & Staking Duration Node Operator: Node Score, Node Operation Duration & Margin Changes (Aggressive & Frequent are punished) Token Trader: Total Trading Volume, Trend During Sells (Up-trend = good, Down-trend = bad), Trend During Buys (Down-trend = good) Badges: Gamification part of the system - to be added later, these add to your reputation. Cyclone purchases will be a badge Storage Subscriber: Subscription Size, Storage Used and Subscription Duration Liquidity Provider: Liquidity Quantity & Liquidity Duration Stake Pool Delegator (IAGL1 & IAGL2): $ADA Quantity & Delegation Duration A collection of these stats (each category has a weight) make up the reputation score. Based on this score the Royalties will be allocated (Subscription fees are separate from this and go directly to node operators) Since most of these stats are on-chain. Community wants less control by the founding entities not more. We have seen how you manage funds in the past, there has been a lot of waste. Building competitive dapps against the ecosystem, instead of supporting the the ones that are already exist and have better traction. It is becoming more and more clear that control is what is wanted here not advancement of the ecosystem. The governance vote is already centralized. Taking a certain token allocation for funds is actually a decent idea - only if the tokenomics make sense for the project (I don't think 10-30% is feasible for most projects). I'm wondering why we haven't taken equity in the companies making profits from the treasury? I'm there are net + revenue companies still getting money from the treasury. Why wasn't this thought out before?

Someone shared this with a while ago. It adds @_KtorZ_ 's point. I'll even go as far as saying that the definition of AI has drastically degraded over time. Engineers usually use the broad definition and it's mostly for marketing purposes. LLMs are a subset of AI, not synonymous with AI. AI in my own opinion will never reach the level people think it will reach, you will always require skilled humans in critical infrastructure. AI is a much broader definition. @sachs_johnny do the right thing. I had multiple conversations with DEXs on how this should never go to a vote as it's not DAO property. We did this because we had liquidity on those DEXs and it was important that we protect our holders as well. Although Iagon doesn't have any liquidity on Liqwid - it's important to give the liquidity providers of $ADA their rightful allocation.

Cardano's USP is security and reliability. Node diversity is important. But we don't need 3 different node diversity proposals in 1 year. There is no rush or urgent need of this. What we need is user acquisition, outside liquidity and transactions on chain. That should be focus this year. Spending treasury for the sake of spending is never a good idea.
