5 things that actually matter:
𝟏. 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 AI generates infinite output. Knowing which output is good is the only skill that matters. AI is a firehose. You are the filter.
𝟐. 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 Every question opens a new branch. Curious people get compound returns. Incurious people use it as a search engine.
𝟑. 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 Without direction, AI is a very fast hamster wheel. You can be infinitely productive and still arrive at the wrong destination.
𝟒. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 My agent makes mistakes daily. I correct it and move on. Treat AI like a brilliant new hire with high potential that needs calibration.
𝟓. 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞 The people who fail with AI either delegate nothing or everything. The skill is knowing the boundary, and it shifts as trust builds.
As a founder, my job hasn't changed. I'm still just a decision maker. I just have 100x more leverage to be right or wrong than I did a month ago.
