Is this @MEXC_ZH's attitude towards handling user assets? Please provide a reasonable explanation! A friend's MEXC account encountered "ghost risk control." They deposited money, and now, to withdraw it, they're being asked to prove "the money is theirs." 1️⃣ Customer service is evasive: Faced with questions, customer service repeatedly says it's "automatic system detection," but can't explain what's wrong (see image). 2️⃣ Selective blocking: Small withdrawals are allowed, but large withdrawals are blocked. This isn't risk control; it's blatant illegal withholding! 3️⃣ Extremely low efficiency: Documents submitted, but the review process is indefinitely delayed. Do you consider user fund security merely an automatically running error code? MEXC, please answer directly: Why can't you provide a clear reason for the blocking? Why restrict large withdrawals? If this isn't addressed, such unreasonable blocking could happen to any user at any time! Please unfreeze the account immediately! @MEXC_Official @MEXC_Chinese
