This partnership reinforces XDC Network’s leadership in real-world assets (RWA) and private credit, uniting our global trade finance expertise with Kasu’s innovative DeFi solutions to transform on-chain finance. This collaboration is more than an investment—it’s a shared vision to redefine global finance through: - Native integration of Kasu with XDC Network, enabling stablecoin deposits via XDC-native wallets for seamless access to high-yield, real-world credit opportunities without cross-chain bridging. - Expanding Kasu’s credit marketplace by leveraging XDC’s global trade finance network to onboard new credit originators, including invoice, supply chain, and logistics-based lenders, creating diverse yield opportunities for stablecoin depositors and programmable liquidity for originators. - Developing a Kasu Liquid Wrapper token on XDC Network, representing staked positions in Kasu’s private credit vaults, tradable on licensed DEXs to enhance liquidity while ensuring regulatory alignment. - Strengthening Kasu’s role in the Trade Finance Distribution Initiative (TFDi), alongside XDC Network’s unique position as the only blockchain member of the International Trade & Forfaiting Association (ITFA), fostering global business and technical synergies.
