Starting as an intern in @binance & then spending 3 years there. I want to thank @cz_binance for everything as a boss. This is simply just my observations on CZ as a human being during my time in his companies: 1.) I met @cz_binance for the 1st time in a team dinner in London in this picture. He walked around speaking to everyone, learning what they do:). I didnt expect this. I thought he would come with surrounded by a team of EA' sitting somewhere far. But instead he asked all his senior executives that day, to sit on 1 table, far away- "Dont disturb me today😆" 2.) I also did my first business trip ever through Binance, whilst still being an intern to Lisbon for WebSummit. It would then be among many that i did around the world. I managed to make friends all around the world, meet new interesting partners & projects because of this. Again, the attitude was always very liberating @cz_binance 3.) Benefits were also pretty great, compensation was in-line with industry standards (If not better), we were given ample opportunity to meet our team offline, had a small local team building every few weeks. I have made some new office friends for a lifetime due to this:) I think if you ask a former/current employee regarding benefits, they will usually never complain:) 4.) Opportunity to grow- After starting my career as an intern in Binance NFT, i got the opportunity to move to a full time role & move across 4 different totally distinct business lines. Usually such a career trajectory would be reserved for some top higher level management, but not in this case. This made me learn how to grow several different businesses (NFT, Institutional, Fiat, Payments) No one has paid me. No one told me to write this. As my first ever employer, and for taking a chance on me, I am just very grateful & want to share an alternative angle to the world Thank you for always treating me very well & letting me grow. I will also make a post this week regarding some suggestions or improvements that @binance can perhaps make:) The BTC SAFU fund is a great start! @cz_binance @heyibinance @

Thank you for sharing this information about @wellowealth @EnHeng456. I met Enheng a few times last year across different countries—back then, I didn’t know him well. Today, I’m genuinely impressed by his drive and passion for this space. Grateful for your kind words. Wello is still very early.
