I just finished reading @imua whitepaper and all I can say is Imua is great. Let me break down some knowledge on Imua.
What Is Imua?
Imua is a purpose built layer 1 (L1) blockchain protocol designed to enable shared security across multiple chains via restaking. It aggregates economic security from diverse blockchains like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, and TON for use by off-chain services (e.g., oracles, bridges, AI infrastructure) without altering their consensus mechanisms .
Inspired by EigenLayer, Imua builds its own modular, chain-agnostic L1 using the Cosmos SDK and Tendermint, with an architecture that emphasizes modularity and flexibility enabling components (like consensus or staking) to be swapped without forking .
Unlike many protocols, Imua avoids traditional bridges entirely in favor of ZK (zero-knowledge) light clients, aiming to enhance security and maintain sovereignty for connected blockchains .
