We 10x'd Kalshi's Crypto Markets in 100 days In late November/early December, my job priorities shifted pretty substantially - grow the Kalshi Crypto Markets as fast as possible. No playbook. No roadmap. No design requirements. Just figure it out. We were struggling to clear $30m a week in volume, and oscillating between $100-$150m volume per month. T challenged me in the first week of January to dream big and build out a plan to get to $600m/month by the end of March. It was pretty ambitious...at that point we were clearing ~$30-$45m/week...and he basically wanted $150m/week in 3 months...10-20% WoW growth for 10 straight weeks. But that also made it fun - I had a challenge and a scoreboard. Game on. So we got to work. And we beat the target by 2x. Wrapping up Q1 2026, we cleared over $1.2 BILLION in crypto market volume for the month of March. From $30m/week to $300m/week...in 100 days. I get the privilege of working with some of the smartest, most driven people I've ever met every single day. Huge team effort from Product, to User Acquisition, to Crypto, to Market Design and Ops to make this a reality. Crypto is now around 10% of total exchange volume, and continuing to grow rapidly. It has been an extremely satisfying process to watch it all play out...and quite excited to share what I'm working on next >>> soon.
