Doubao Input Method is amazing! Everyone should install it! I tried it, and I no longer get those long voice inputs that come up with a bunch of nonsensical text. Plus, it's incredibly reliable for speaking dialects and English, and the text conversion is also very accurate! With Doubao as the backend, the efficiency of almost every existing product (within China) can be significantly improved. In the AI era, ByteDance is practically invincible!

Haha, I chatted with a few friends and found that besides the significant reduction in customer service staff, AI is also noticeably replacing HR in our company. Previously, the first, second, and third rounds of interviews were conducted by HR, a junior manager, and a senior manager, respectively. Now, at least the first round is entirely done by an AI robot, the second round is sometimes also AI, and the third round is conducted by a human interviewer based on the results and information provided by the AI in the first two rounds. This is yet another example of AI significantly improving efficiency.

I suddenly realized how difficult it is to start a startup in the crypto. The only successful person in this cycle, Jeff Hyperliquid, requires top-tier education, top-tier intelligence, being a Chinese person who understands moderation and humility (unlike SBF), being an ABC (American-born Chinese) who can gain recognition from the US and Wall Street (otherwise you'll get arrested), not being greedy or love money, and catching the window of opportunity when Trump doesn't care about anything. Compared to the AI startups where there are gold mines everywhere, it's truly hellishly difficult.

I remember seeing the founder of a crypto project publicly boast that the project had recently earned tens of millions of US dollars in transaction fees. I was a bit suspicious. This project hadn't even issued its own token, and it didn't seem to have any special features; I didn't think anyone would use it. How could it earn so much in transaction fees? Upon closer inspection, it turned out they had found a big-name investor to endorse it, attracting many people to try and profit from the arbitrage. These people contributed transaction fees, which were deliberately set quite high. In the end, sure enough, they all lost money.

I don't understand. OPN is a prediction market company. Its product model should have very real cash flow and profits. It should focus on solid product development and operations. It has already completed its financing, so it doesn't lack money at all. Why would it rush to issue a coin in a bear market, unless...

It's said that a certain second-tier stock exchange has extremely strict remote work monitoring policies, treating it like being managed as a prisoner; you should be mentally prepared before joining. I've also heard of two even more bizarre ones: you have to turn on your webcam for remote work, and report when you leave it, otherwise HR will come looking for you. Another is that the office system directly publishes a ranking of everyone's arrival time (overall and team). If you leave early, you're humiliatingly at the bottom.
