Rates are a function of market utilization: higher utilization = higher rates.
ETH Core Market utilization on @MoonwellDeFi is currently 91%. To keep these exponential rates, utilization needs to stay above the kink (90%). Might as well make the most of it while you can, before it inevitably drops back down. Or you could just deposit your ETH into @Mamo and chill.
