What is more important for a successful L2 ? Tech, executional skill or resources to support vibrate ecosystem?

Yes, there are too many chains the number of L1 & L2 are coming up like uniswap forks, but like tradejoe, camelot, velodromes there will be exceptions and the one willing to dig thru the trenches will find them

It's too early to predict the economics of GOAT as a L2 Generally the top line fees for layer 2 are broadly define as total gas fee paid by users & gas fee consists of L2 execution fee & L1 security fees.

With the introduction decentralised sequencer revenue there could be some additional revenue/cost towards the GOAT It will be interesting as i believe the degen has proven to not care about gas fee as long as there are enough speculative/profitable instruments on the layer

with metis's track record of building one of the first fun & active chain back in the days I am hopeful they can repeat this success

To summarise, based on the tech & team, I wouldn't be surprise if GOAT network end up building one of the most active BTC L2 but its still early atm
