A non-fungible token (NFT) product has been launched that allows you to enjoy both a musical performance and a trip at the same time.
On the 13th, Metacultures announced that it will be launching an NFT product combining the Busan performance of the musical 'Hadestown' and travel products in collaboration with Japan's Lawson Ticket, Lawson Travel, and SBINFT. Metacultures is a company established to create value by combining cultural performances and blockchain technology. This NFT product was planned based on the growth of Japanese blockchain technology and the popularity of the Korean Wave.

The musical 'Hadestown' NFT travel package product consists of performance tickets, accommodation, and performance MD. It will be sold to Japanese users through Japan's Lawson Travel. This NFT product issued by the Polygon blockchain can also be purchased with a credit card. If you own the NFT pass by purchasing the product, you can enjoy the performance, tour, and accommodation in Korea. The used NFT can be freely traded in the SBINFT Marketplace. Metacultures plans to provide various benefits that can be used in Korea for the NFT in the future.
This package product was developed through collaboration between three companies: Metacultures of Korea, Lawson Ticket and Lawson Travel operated by Japanese company Lawson Entertainment, and SBINFT, a blockchain company under Japan's SBI Holdings. The package product will be sold on the Lawson Travel website, and Lawson Ticket will provide NFTs through the SBINFT Mits service. SBINFT will provide NFT partial planning and entry confirmation functions through SBINFT Mits. Metacultures will be in charge of overall planning and on-site operations in Korea.
Shin Yong-woon, CEO of Metacultures, said, “We planned this so that you can easily enjoy Korean performances with products linked to NFTs, such as NFT passes, and receive various benefits through NFT trading and collection.” He added, “We will strive to provide a convenient yet special experience through the harmony of cultural performances and blockchain technology.”
