Staking withdrawal issues: If resolved before the start of the reward distribution phase at 9:00 AM UTC on September 16, 2024, please ensure that the migration is completed before the qualification snapshot at 2:00 PM UTC on September 19, 2024; If it is still not resolved before 9:00 AM UTC on September 16, 2024, please contact the support team immediately for direct assistance; Users who cannot withdraw their tokens before the end of the reward distribution phase at 9:00 AM UTC on September 19 will have a 5-hour window to cancel the stake and convert their tokens before the voting qualification snapshot at 2:00 PM UTC on the same day.
Migration/Bridging Issues: Please allow several hours for the issue to resolve. If the issue is not resolved within 12 hours, please contact support.
