According to ChainCatcher, Kara Calvert, Coinbase’s US policy director, said in an interview: “Both Republicans and Democrats believe that we need cryptocurrency policies to remain competitive in the global economy, and perhaps the worst move right now is to push cryptocurrency overseas without regulation.”
