This despite the cohort being demographically from lower-turnout cohorts, younger, more male). For context, if that number was applied forward to their current advocate count, 68% of 1.9m would be roughly 1.3 million voters. 2/4
In the coming weeks, they’ll with a post-election survey of their current advocates. They’ll be able to report what % of them say that they voted as well as their views on the election and crypto policy going forward. If around 70% of SWC advocates turned out to vote (close to 2020 but perhaps a little higher with outreach and the increased salience of crypto as an issue), that would work out to about 1.33 million voters. Ignore them at your peril. 4/4
