Of course, it's unclear what CZ's purpose was in posting this, certainly not just to ask a "casual" question like that.

Most people believe that CZ is hinting at "Altcoin" because the abbreviation we commonly use is "Alt". And what is related to Altcoin? Surely it's Altcoin Season!
