Analyst: Powell may avoid giving clear guidance tonight

Analysts at LHMeyer, a monetary policy and global macro research consulting firm, said Powell may still be reluctant to talk about his views on the December meeting. Powell is unlikely to have a clear preference for the December decision like Waller (who supports a December rate cut).
