Binance has recently officially announced support for the conversion of Mines of Dalarnia (DAR) tokens and the rebranding to Dar Open Network (D).
On January 6, 2025 at 10:00 (Vietnam time), Binance will Delist all Spot trading pairs of DAR, including DAR/USDT and DAR/TRY, and cancel all pending trading orders. On January 9, 2025 at 15:00 (Vietnam time), the new trading pairs for token D, D/USDT and D/TRY, will be opened.
Deposits and withdrawals of DAR tokens will be suspended from January 6, 2025 at 10:30 (Vietnam time). Users need to ensure that they complete all DAR deposit transactions before this time. After January 9, 2025 at 14:00 (Vietnam time), Binance will reopen the deposit function for D tokens. After the conversion process is completed, Binance will no longer support the withdrawal of DAR tokens.
For margin trading, Binance will stop providing isolated and cross margin lending for DAR from December 19, 2024 at 13:00 (Vietnam time). On December 27, 2024 at 13:00 (Vietnam time), all margin positions related to DAR will be closed, automatically settled, and these trading pairs will be removed from the platform. Users are advised to close their positions or transfer assets from the margin wallet to the spot wallet before this time to avoid the risk of losses.
Changes will also be applied to other products such as Binance Futures, Binance Loans, and Binance Simple Earn. Binance Futures will close all positions of the DARUSDT USDⓈ-M Perpetual contract on December 26, 2024 at 16:00 (Vietnam time). All loans related to DAR on Binance Loans will be closed on December 26, 2024 at 10:00 (Vietnam time). Meanwhile, the flexible product packages of DAR on Binance Simple Earn will cease support from December 30, 2024 at 10:00 (Vietnam time), and all related assets will be automatically converted to the user's spot wallet.
In addition, Binance will also stop supporting DAR in other services such as Binance Pay, Gift Card, Binance Convert, Auto-Invest, and Buy & Sell Crypto at specific time points. Particularly, unexchanged DAR Gift Cards will be automatically converted to D tokens after January 6, 2025.
