Foresight News reported, according to Yonhap News Agency, that the Montenegrin court has rejected the appeal filed by Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon against the extradition decision, and Do Kwon may be extradited to the United States to stand trial.
Foresight News previously reported that both the United States and South Korea have requested the extradition of Do Kwon, and the court stated that the extradition process would be suspended until a decision is made on Do Kwon's appeal.
