According to a report by Cointelegraph, the judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Arun Subramanian, will postpone the sentencing of Mango Markets attacker Avi Eisenberg to April 10. The documents show that the judge, at the request of Avi Eisenberg's lawyer, has postponed the sentencing hearing to April 10, which was originally scheduled for December 12.
Previously, Avi Eisenberg was convicted of fraud and market manipulation charges in April 2024, and could face up to 20 years in prison.
