According to official information, Litentry announced a brand upgrade on January 20, with the token being renamed from LIT to HEI, and the project being renamed to Heima, to reflect its strategic transformation from decentralized identity to a cross-chain abstraction layer. This renaming has been approved by the community through Governance Proposal #38.
The new HEI token will be fully unlocked within 20 months, with the circulating supply increasing from 66.45 million to 100 million. Of this, the ecosystem wallet will receive 22.1 million, the foundation 2.2 million, the liquidity pool 5 million will be immediately unlocked, and the team's share will maintain the original release plan of 4.25 million. The LIT token will be migrated to the new ERC-20 and BEP-20 contracts at a 1:1 ratio.
