DAO's are in need of a revamp. If your DAO is banning proposals and users that you don't agree with, you're not a DAO, just another insider Cabal.

My own discord, and GFX Labs' forum, accounts have been banned during the voting period (and perhaps beyond) for this emergency proposal to >2x the credit line for MKR holders, and raise the LTV from 50% to 80%. Others' accounts may have been affected as well. It’s unclear.
